Three subjects will be included in his presentation.

The Ethics of Public Officials
      the inadequacy of Ethics Rules
      the diversion of Scandal

The Morality of Income Distribution
      “the Market” is not value-neutral
how government affects Income Distribution as a moral issue

The Morality of War
“We were attacked” is not the final answer
        the Just War Ethic

David is well qualified to speak to these issues. He is the Chief of Administrative Law of the U.S. Trade Representative.
